Heavenly Homemakers has a link up on Tuesdays called “Gratituesday” where you can link up something that you are thankful for. I wanted to join the party this week because I experienced the beauty of God’s creation a few weeks ago, and really wanted to share my pictures.

These pictures were taken at Sandstone Falls in West Virginia which is way off the beaten path.
I was captivated by this tree; I think it’s a sycamore tree. It looked so much like camouflage, and I thought it was beautiful. Don’t know what that says about me, but it was so neat!
It’s so relaxing to be out and observe nature and all the beauty that God has created, and for that I am thankful.

Camo to be sure! I’ve never been in W.Va., but it sure looks like a lovely place! Thanks for sharing your photos! Blessings, ~Lisa
How beautiful! There are some truly gorgeous places in WV. I haven’t been there in a while, but this makes me want to plan a hike.
WOW I love the pics. Nature is so wonderful when you slow down and have a good look.
Beautiful photos! How wonderful to get such a chance to stop and admire creation 🙂
Lovely photos…I think I have a photo of a sycamore I took years ago, too!
That tree is wonderful! I think you are appreciating all that God created. “I think that I shall never see a poem lovely as a tree.” Joyce Kilmer
Beautiful pictures, I’m visiting for Funky Junks party, and couldn’t resit your title “Thankfulness” after all that’s what it’s all about! Thanks for sharing
It’s very effortless to find out any topic on web as compared to textbooks, as I found this piece of writing at this website.
