Menu Plan for the Week of April 2nd
Happy Monday! I’ve got bunches of daffodils up, and I would have some tulip buds if the bunnies would leave them alone (at least I think it’s the bunnies).
For all you homeschooling moms, the kids and I have enjoyed watching newly hatched baby eagles at this live link. If you are squeamish though, the mother does feed her babies with dead animals, but it is a treat to watch nature up close and live.
Yum, yum, now that I’ve made you lose your appetite, lets menu plan.
(Any combination of the following)
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta (my kids love it)
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner
Grocery list: Spaghetti, corn, ground beef or turkey, onion, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, tortilla chips, sour cream, olives and chili peppers
Baked Chicken Chimichangas, Mexican rice and salad
Grocery list: Chicken, olive oil, garlic, onion, green chiles, chili powder, salsa, cilantro, cumin, tortillas, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole and tomatoes
Chicken pot pie

Garlic Chicken Spaghetti

Another tasty week!
Yum! These look good!
I am inviting you to come and be part of my blog hop:
Well I’m intrigued. How do you make vegetarian corn dogs? I’m a vegetarian! Love the taco spaghetti idea … I could use Mexican soy crumbles for this recipe. Thanks for the ideas!
The garlic chicken spaghetti looks delicious! Thanks for sharing!
