Happy Monday! I’ve got bunches of daffodils up, and I would have some tulip buds if the bunnies would leave them alone (at least I think it’s the bunnies).
For all you homeschooling moms, the kids and I have enjoyed watching newly hatched baby eagles at this live link. If you are squeamish though, the mother does feed her babies with dead animals, but it is a treat to watch nature up close and live.

Baked Chicken Chimichangas, Mexican rice and salad
Grocery list: Chicken, olive oil, garlic, onion, green chiles, chili powder, salsa, cilantro, cumin, tortillas, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole and tomatoes
Chicken pot pie
Grocery list: 2 pie crusts, 2 cans of veg-all, onion, chicken broth, chicken
Garlic Chicken Spaghetti
