Frothy Fruity Orange Banana Smoothie

The temperatures are starting to climb around here, and sometimes a hot cup of coffee or tea just doesn't cut it. So here's a fresh healthy fruit drink to tide you over at snack time or anytime.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract (don't use more, it will be too strong)
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered instant milk

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend about 30 seconds till completely smooth, and serve.
