I hope you all had a blessed Mother’s Day weekend.
We had some volleyball, fishing, yard sale-ing, lots of eating and hanging out with family, and gorgeous weather to boot.
My menu for this week is all about cleaning out the freezers. I have ham, chicken, turkey burgers and even some beef that needs to get eaten. My chest freezer in the basement is in need of defrosting, so here we go.
Breakfast Options:

Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)

Pasta (my kids love it)

Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner
Dinners:
Southwestern chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and fruit
Grocery list: Chicken breasts, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, lime juice, potatoes and peas
Quiche and Banana bread
Grocery list: Pie crust, eggs, broccoli, cheddar cheese, bacon or ham, onion, white and whole wheat flour, sugar, bananas
Mexican Lasagna and salad
Grocery list: Lasagna noodles, ground beef or turkey, refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, olives, green onions, tomato and salad fixings
Tuna and noodles (I use Tuna Helper sometimes, but here is a yummy looking recipe to try for tuna casserole)
Here is also a yummy looking recipe for tuna mac and cheese casserole that I want to try.
