Happy Monday everyone! I’m feeling sympathetic for the guys in my house today since their pick for the Super Bowl didn’t win. My son normally roots for the Steelers, but since that wasn’t an option, he was rooting with his dad who is a born and bred Maine boy. Personally, I always feel a little sorry for whatever team loses just because I know they must be so disappointed. Life goes on, and here is the menu plan for this week. Hope you find some inspiration.
