Happy Monday everyone! I’m feeling sympathetic for the guys in my house today since their pick for the Super Bowl didn’t win. My son normally roots for the Steelers, but since that wasn’t an option, he was rooting with his dad who is a born and bred Maine boy. Personally, I always feel a little sorry for whatever team loses just because I know they must be so disappointed. Life goes on, and here is the menu plan for this week. Hope you find some inspiration.
Breakfast Options:

Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast

Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner
Dinner:
Taco Spaghetti
Grocery list: Spaghetti, corn, ground beef or turkey, onion, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, tortilla chips, sour cream, olives and chili peppers
Beef roast, mashed potatoes, green beans
Grocery list: Chuck roast, ketchup, beef broth, brown gravy mix, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cornstarch, potatoes, green beans
Hamburger Vegetable Pie
Grocery list: Hamburger or turkey, 2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup, 1 pie crust, potatoes, cheddar cheese
Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches
Grocery list: Hoagie rolls, onion, green peppers, garlic, provolone cheese, shaved or sliced steak or roast
Taco Salad
Grocery list: Lettuce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, ground meat, taco seasoning, tortillas, tomatoes, Italian dressing
Pinto beans, cornbread and salad
Grocery list: Pinto beans, bacon (optional), pinto bean seasoning (optional), cornbread ingredients, and salad ingredients, onion
