Oh no! Have you ever gone to make a dessert thinking you had all the ingredients for it, but when you got out your ingredients, it turned out that you didn’t? It happened to me the other day when we were having family over. I realized I didn’t have the brownie mix I needed.
But, I had a chocolate cake mix in the pantry, so I decided to make Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies!
Rich Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Place heaping Tablespoons of batter 2 inches apart on either a greased cookie sheet or a parchment-covered cookie sheet.8.Bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes until done. These cookies are delicious even 1 or 2 days later by keeping them in zip lock bags or a sealed food storage container.
If you have butter and eggs, and perhaps some chocolate chips or candy-coated chocolates, then you’re all set to make these delicious cookies!
This recipe makes between 20 to 24 cookies depending on size.
They’re super easy to make. Basically, you stir everything together and then bake. 🙂
These chocolate cookies will definitely satisfy a chocolate craving!
My family loved them, and I will definitely be making them again!
