Happy almost Monday, depending on when you’re reading! I’m so glad Spring is officially here, even if we did have some snow flakes today! Spring to me is like a light turning on! Everything seems brighter and warmer including everyone’s moods.
Easter is next Sunday, and the pancake bar in this weeks meal plan would be perfect!

Easy Cheeseburger Quesadillas
Grocery list: Tortillas, ground beef, Cheddar cheese, McCormick Hamburger seasoning, onion, lettuce, tomato and pickles
Southwestern Black Bean Salad
Grocery list: Black beans, corn, onion, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, limes, cumin and chili powder
My dessert choice for the week is Baked Funfetti Doughnuts.
These are practically guilt free doughnuts, because they’re not fried! They also start with a cake mix, so their super easy to make, and yet yummy!
