Delicious Dinner Ideas

Happy almost Monday, depending on when you're reading!  I'm so glad Spring is officially here, even if we did have some snow flakes today! Spring to me is like a light turning on!  Everything seems brighter and warmer including everyone's moods.
Easter is next Sunday, and the pancake bar in this weeks meal plan would be perfect!
Since pancakes are such an inexpensive food to make, that leaves you with room to buy some fun and delicious toppings to fancy up the meal.

My dessert choice for the week is Baked Funfetti Doughnuts.
