  1. Brilliant! Much better than reaching waaaaaaay down into a stinky trash can with your hands — eeew! And the Dollar Store usually has them, so investing in one exclusively for the trash cans is inexpensive, too. I love repurposing!

  2. I can’t believe I never thought of this! I scrub out all of our trash cans every month, and it is such a pain to reach down in to scrub them. I agree with Lori that picking one up at the dollar store is a cheap investment! Thanks for sharing!
