This week is my husband’s birthday, and one of his many favorite desserts is Boston creme pie. So one of my earliest recipes on this blog (over two years ago) was for mini Boston creme pies.

Ham, mashed potatoes and broccoli
Pasta and chicken with sundried tomato sauce and green salad
Grocery list: Pasta, chicken, sundried tomatoes, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil and salad ingredients
Meatball gyros
Grocery list: Meatballs, pitas, Greek yogurt, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice and seasonings
Penne, tomato and mozzarella salad
Grocery list: Penne, tomatoes, olive oil, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese,
Parmesan cheese, basil, black olives (optional)
Quiche with hash brown crust and raw veggies
Grocery list: hash browns, eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, half and half, onion, carrots sticks
Homemade Pizza and raw veggies
Grocery list: Dough ingredients, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, green peppers, onions and carrot sticks
