Happy New Year!!! I can’t believe it is 2012. I usually don’t do new years resolutions, but I do have some areas of my life that I would like to improve on: using my time more wisely by trying to adhere to more of a schedule, reading my Bible more and using a prayer list, watching portion sizes, finding an exercise that I can at least tolerate enough to do it, helping my children with life skills and getting outside with them more doing some outdoor activities. I am sure I could go on and on, but those are the things on my heart right now…

I love your blog.. I started reading it last week and I have to tell you that, you have inspired me to plan meals for the week which has helped me shop! Thank you!.. This week I put your meal planning into action and went to the store and bought only what I needed.. It ended up that I did not buy the same things over and over which is good, more variety but it also helped in not buying things that I already have so thank you!
