Happy Monday! It’s time for another weekly menu plan! Some of my most family pleasing dinners start with ground beef.
My favorite tip for ground beef is to cook it up when you bring it home from the grocery store, and freeze it in meal size portions. That way when you need a quick and delicious meal for dinner, you’re already half way there! So on this beautiful Monday morning, I’d thought I’d share a few of my favorite recipes that use ground beef as a family pleasing base to some scrumptious recipes!
Amazing Korean Beef Recipe

My dessert choice for the week, in light of up and coming fall weather, are these melt in your mouth, but simple to make Pumpkin Doughnuts!
They start with a canned biscuit, so they are a cinch to make, but oh, so scrumptious!
