Egg in a Roll

I definitely have a preference for eggs. I’ve posted around 10 different ways to prepare them, and that’s probably one of the reasons I like them so much, because they are so versatile, and can make a quick dinner that’s not fast food.
Every time I see another way of making them, I have an overwhelming urge to try it.    So after seeing this recipe on the Kraft website, I made it, modifying it to our tastes.  It’s a fun little surprise for the family!
