Happy Monday! I feel like taking a break from cooking…do you? How about some sandwiches this week! There are a couple of ingredients that made need a little prep and cooking, but I say let’s have a light week! So here you go, some of my favorite sandwiches that go together in no time and are scrumptious to boot!

Sundried Tomato Mayo, Bacon, Egg & Spinach Sandwich
Grocery list: Sundried tomato pesto, mayo, bread, bacon, eggs, spinach and tomato
Pizza Grilled Cheese
Grocery list: Italian bread, pepperoni, Mozzarella slices, butter and pasta sauce for dipping
Oven Baked Grilled Cheese
Grocery list: Favorite bread, butter and cheese slices
Breakfast Grilled Cheese with Egg and Bacon
Grocery list: Bread, bacon, eggs and cheese

Grocery list: Chicken, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise and Italian bread
If you know me, you know I like anything with pesto!

Grocery list: Ground beef, red, green & yellow peppers, onion, Italian dressing, Italian bread & provolone cheese

Grocery list: Pumpernickel or rye bread, sauerkraut, corned beef, swiss cheese and thousand Island dressing

Grocery list: Italian bread, tomato, pesto and mozzarella cheese slices
My dessert choice of the week is these Mini Fruit Pizza’s, they’re made with sugar cookies!
