I’ve had a wonderful week visiting my parents, enjoying my mom’s home cooking, swimming in their river, and fishing for bass and red eyes. Now this week, it’s back to homeschooling my two youngest, and my own menu planning and cooking. I’ve decided to make it simple and yet still delicious, and go with “breakfasts for dinner.”
If you really like breakfast foods, just remember, you’re not limited to only having them in the mornings. 🙂
