Happy Monday, I hope you are doing well!
I am so thankful I have plenty of food to provide for my family. I can’t imagine, and pray I never have to, how devastatingly heartbreaking and painful it would be as a mother to see my children hungry. When I see pictures of starving children from around the world, I get so ashamed of myself for my petty complaints and bad attitudes. It immediately reminds me to be prayerful and thankful as a mother.
When we sit down to our delicious meals this week, instead of rushing through a quick “Thank you for the food, Lord,” let’s pause, and really let our hearts catch up to the words, and pray for hurting people around the world.

Have a great week!
Your menu looks delicious. I know my kids would love the sprinkle pancakes. We often have breakfast for dinner.
Breakfast for dinner happens often around here too! 🙂
Everything on your menu sounds yummy. I usually make cornbread to go with our chili, but for some reason I’ve never thought to make hush puppies!
I know hush puppies are fried, but they are so yummy, and I only make them once or twice a year! 😛
