It’s a new week, and around my house, time to start back up homeschooling my new 4th and 7th graders. My oldest starts his second year of college this week as well. I’m going to work really hard at sticking to a schedule during the week, so I can fit in most of the things I need and want to do. 😛
Planning my dinners for the week helps tremendously, because I don’t have to wonder what’s for dinner each day,
or if I have the ingredients on hand to fix a good dinner for my family. Since I’ve planned and shopped, it makes dinner time much less stressful.

Hummus Soup
Grocery list: Chickpeas, chicken broth, Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice and spices
Crispy Bean Burritos (Taquitos)
Grocery list: Tortillas, refried beans, taco seasoning, vegetable oil, Cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream
Rotisserie chicken nachos
Grocery list: Tortilla chips, rotisserie chicken, black beans, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, taco seasoning, salsa, sour cream, lettuce
Cashew Sesame Noodles
Grocery list: Angel hair pasta, cashews, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar and red pepper flakes
BBQ Chicken Salad
Grocery list: Mixed greens, hardboiled eggs, barbequed chicken, tomatoes, avocados, cheese and your choice of dressing
Chicken Noodle Casserole with your favorite vegetable
Grocery list: Chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, spaghetti, breadcrumbs and milk
