Whew!! It’s been a busy 9 days of vacation. We’ve climbed a 12 story outdoor tower, spent time at the pool, went to two movies, walked through acres of gorgeous gardens and across a swinging bridge high above the ground, played ping pong, basketball, video games, card games, did lots of window shopping, talked a bunch and eaten out lots. Now it’s back to reality and school and work…oh my! My two youngest kiddos start school in two days, so it’s time to pack the backpacks. 🙂
I’m also done with eating out for a while. It gets old after a bit, and my tummy and I are ready for some plain and simple home-cooked dishes.
So this group of ladies and I have some yummy dinner ideas for this week; be sure to check them out!
Baked Beef and Mushroom Rotini from New South Charm
Super Quick Salsa Soup from Jonesin’ for Taste
Vegetable Lasagna in Pumpkin Sauce from Tastefully Eclectic

For dessert, doesn’t this cheesecake look amazing!?
