Menu Plan for the Week of December 8th

Two and a half weeks till Christmas! Are you ready?
I'm not, but I have lots of lists,
which gives me some measure of feeling like I'm on top of things. ; )

Breakfast Menu:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola
Smoothies

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers

Dinner menu:

Chicken and bacon bake, broccoli or green salad, breadsticks
Grocery list: Chicken, Alfredo sauce, bacon, pasta, onion, vegetable or salad and breadsticks

Meatball stuffed biscuits and raw veggies
Grocery list: Biscuits, meatballs, marinara sauce, cheese sticks and raw veggies

Chinese food (from the freezer section of the grocery except the garlic wontons)
Grocery list: Egg rolls, rice, steak and veggie stir fry, wontons, ground turkey and cabbage mix

, carrots and grapes
Grocery list:  Tortillas, cheddar cheese, chicken, and whatever else you
like on your quesadillas, some use peppers or tomatoes, sour cream,
salsa…

 Menu Plan for the Week of January 6th


Tuna cornbread cakes
and vegetable soup
Grocery list: Cornbread, tuna, green onions, mayonnaise, parsley, Old Bay seasoning and vegetable soup

Meatball subs and raw veggies
Grocery list: Buns, meatballs, provolone cheese, pasta sauce and raw veggies
