Well, I was just starting to hope that winter was going to skip us this year…The temps were in the 60’s, and my son was wearing shorts outside, and then…we got dumped on this weekend, with about 10 inches of snow, and frigid windy weather. Since then I’ve been complaining to anyone who would listen, that I want to move to Hilton Head. 😛 My hubby is from Maine so he’s in his glory in the snow, but I much prefer the indoors, curled up by a warm fire, with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa. The cold temperatures do make it enjoyable to make some delicious comfort food though, like stews and chili’s, and this week I took advantage of that, and made a scrumptious lean beef, sweet potato and black bean chili, which was so good!
Yesterday I published a couple of Free Printable Chore Charts, and made a mistake with the title, so the link didn’t work. I’m so sorry about that, and here is the new link, which I promise will work!
Ok, on to the new menu plan for the week, which is full of delicious family dinner recipes from these lovely ladies, of which I’m happy to be a part of!
