Happy new week! Even though we still have plenty of snow in my neck of the woods, we actually had some sunshine this week too, and it just lifts my spirits so much! Do the “dark days of winter” affect your mood?
The last two weeks, I shared a couple of simple printables that I’ve made up to help us all with meal planning.

Breakfast Menu:

Pasta (my kids love it)

Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers
Dinner:
Pinto beans, cornbread and salad
Grocery list: Pinto beans, bacon (optional), pinto bean seasoning (optional), cornbread ingredients, salad ingredients and onion
Skillet enchilada rice
Grocery list: Rice, ground beef, onion, red pepper, green enchilada sauce, red enchilada sauce and Mexican blend cheese
Pepperoni and cheese stromboli and raw veggies
Grocery list: Dough ingredients, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and raw veggies
Salmon, cheddar biscuits and string beans
Grocery list: Salmon, chicken broth, lemon juice, tarragon, biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder
and Italian seasoning
Pesto chicken salad sandwiches
Grocery list: Chicken, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise and Italian bread

Thanks for the printable planning sheets. I’ve gotten off track with menu planning and need to get back to it. It really does help save on the grocery bill to have a menu plan in place. Plus, my elderly mom that lives with me, likes to look and see what the dinner plan is.
