Do you struggle with what to fix for dinner? I know I used to, until I started menu planning, but even with all my menu planning, occasionally there are evenings when I’m just too exhausted to actually make dinner. This past week I had one of those days, and I called my husband at work and asked him to pick up sub sandwiches on his way home, and you know what, It’s Ok. Sometime we need a break, and it’s not a big deal. I also keep a few frozen pizzas in the freezer for times when I just don’t have it in me to cook, or I prepare simple scrambled eggs and toast for a no fuss dinner.
