Menu for the Week of July 7th
Make a pretty veggie tray with individual servings!
(Any combination of the following)
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta (my kids love it)
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Pasta and chicken with sundried tomato sauce and green salad
Grocery list: Pasta, chicken, sundried tomatoes, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil and salad ingredients
Scrambled egg, ham and cheese sandwiches and raw pepper slices
Grocery list: Bread, butter, eggs, ham, cheddar cheese and peppers
Grilled chicken salad and breadsticks
Grocery list: Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, chicken, breadsticks and dressing
BBQ chicken, noodles and mixed vegetables
Grocery list: Chicken, ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, mustard powder, cayenne pepper, noodles, mixed vegetables
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas
Grocery list: ground turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, potatoes, peas
Tuna Cornbread Cakes and vegetable soup
Grocery list: Cornbread, tuna, green onions, mayonnaise, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, vegetable soup

Your tuna cornbread cakes look delicious! I also love the veggie cup idea:) I will have to try it at my next family gathering.
