Meal Plan for the Week of September 15th

This week my littlest guy turns 8, and my mommy’s heart can hardly believe it! He has requested a Minecraft cake, and so I need to come up with an idea and plan for fulfilling that wish.  Embarassed I don’t show close ups of my kids on here, but I couldn’t resist sorta showing one of the birthday boy!

He loves to dress up in all his old Halloween costumes,
and is a complete ham most of the time, but he can sure warm his mom’s heart when he tells her how beautiful she is
(even when her hair isn’t combed and she’s feeling frumpy).

Have you ever tried Tie Dye Cupcakes? They are so fun, and you can choose whatever

I am going to borrow some of your recipes for this week’s meals. The Cobb salad and Pinto beans are considered comfort food around here. I even have a ham bone in the freezer that I can cook with the beans. Thanks for posting your menu plan for the week, all the dishes sound wonderful.
