Meal Plan for the Week of January 5th
Happy new week! I’m getting over a nasty sinus infection (I know TMI),
and so I am in the mood for a sweet pick me up!
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are going to hit the spot.
They are so good!!
(Any combination of the following)
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta (my kids love it)
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Chicken noodle casserole and a veggie
Grocery list: Cooked chicken breast, egg noodles, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic and a veggie
Veggie and cheese omelets, fruit and toast
Buffalo chicken soup
Grocery list: Celery, carrot, onion, chicken, chicken broth, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese and brown rice
Grilled cheese with tomato and pesto sandwiches
Grocery list: Sourdough bread, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
Baked caramel french toast, ham and fruit
Grocery list: French bread, eggs, pecans, milk, ham and fruit
Garlic wontons, rice and stir fry veggies
Grocery list: Ground turkey, shredded cabbage, wonton wrappers, soy or teriyaki sauce for dipping, rice and veggies
Asian chicken salad
Grocery list: Chicken, coleslaw, lettuce, almonds, tortilla strips, Asian dressing
