Helpful Dinner Ideas to Make Dinner-Time Easier

Happy New Year!  Do you make resolutions for each new year?  I used to, but I think I got tired of letting myself down, so I don't bother anymore with writing down "formal" resolutions.  Although the Christmas holiday does seem to be a time of reflection for my husband and myself, and we did talk about some things we'd like to improve this year.
After all the cooking and baking of the last few weeks, I picked some super easy, simple, and quick dinner ideas for this week, and they are all delicious and family-friendly!  Using rotisserie chicken from the grocery and just taking it off the bone at home, and browning ground beef in bulk, and storing it in meal size portions in the freezer, make many meals as fast as "fast food," but usually a whole lot more nutritious!
