Boy, I sure blew my grocery budget this week!  I’ve made some changes in my diet to see if I can help my energy level and health.  I’m trying different things that I’ve read about, which involves taking away some types of foods, and adding in others.  So when I went grocery shopping this week, I was buying things I don’t always buy, like coconut oil, cold pressed olive oil, lots of organic vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.  It’s a bit of a daunting journey for me, but I’m tired of being tired.  😛  So I’m willing to try different things to see what works.  We also purchased a used exercise bike which I should probably give a try as well.  😛

Dinner’s still have to be prepared, and I want to encourage YOU this week with some delicious dinner ideas to share with your loved ones!

  1. Good luck changing your eating habits, I know you can do it! I believe in you. I lost over 100 pounds eating healthy and riding an old exercises bike. It can be done. I’m sure you don’t need to lose any weight, you look perfect just the way you are, but a 30 minute ride on my exercise bike, 5 days a week over the course of a year changed my entire life 🙂
