Oh my goodness, we actually had snow yesterday…on October 17th! It didn’t accumulate, but it was coming down thick and fast, and made me realize how “un-ready” I am for winter. 😛
I’m sorry I missed my meal plan last week, but my parents came up from West Virginia for a visit, and I wanted to enjoy every minute with them! We ate take out pizza one night, and my mom made yummy chicken tacos, and cranberry and dressing stuffed pork chops that were amazing. She’s such a good cook, and I’m thankful that she always made encouraged us children to help her in the kitchen! 🙂 I need to do so much more of that with my kids!
