I hope you’ve had a nice weekend! My hubby and I did. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary, and our married son and his wife watched our two younger kids, so we could get away for a couple of days. We’ve been parents for so long, that it’s really nice to get away and remind ourselves that we’re still a couple, and that we need time to nurture our relationship too.
I didn’t cook for two whole days, and it was wonderful. We ate out for all our meals, and had some wonderful lime chicken, several delicious tacos (twice), and too much absolutely luscious ice-cream!
It was such a treat, but now it’s time to get back in the kitchen, and these ladies have some tasty recipes for us all to try for dinner-time.
