Last week, I mentioned I needed to make a Minecraft cake for my son’s birthday, and after searching Pinterest for ideas, I took the easy route. I ordered an edible picture online, and it was such a super fast way to decorate a cake, I admit, I will probably be doing it again in the future!
He loved it, and so it was a “win, win”!

Steak fajitas
Grocery list: Steak, tortillas, onions, peppers, salsa, cheese and sour cream
Tuna, broccoli & pasta casserole and cheddar biscuits
Grocery list: Tuna, broccoli, pasta, cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs
Southwestern steak salad
Grocery list: Mixed greens or romaine lettuce, tomatoes or salsa, grilled steak, and any or all of the following: cucumbers, corn, black beans, avocado and dressing of your choice
Pasta salad with balsamic vinaigrette and artichokes
Grocery list: Rotini pasta, fresh spinach, fresh basil, grape tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and lemon
Tuna mac and cheese casserole (this recipe is good even without the Italian seasoning) and raw veggies
Grocery list: box of macaroni and cheese, peas, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, can of tuna, raw veggies
