It’s been a chilly week here, with the temperature occasionally dipping into the single digits.  I’m so thankful for my warm safe home and hot water. It’s not something to take for granted, as there are many in our world who don’t have what most of us do.  I’m also thankful that I have plenty of food to feed my children.  I can’t imagine the torture of seeing my children hungry day after day.  I think the older my husband and I get, the more sensitive our hearts become to those who are less fortunate, and I pray that our hearts don’t ever grow cold or hard to those in need.

I hope you and your families are doing well, and I want to encourage you this week with some delicious dinner ideas for you to share with your loved ones!
